Exchanges

Changed your mind? No problem, we offer FREE exchanges, providing we receive the returned item(s) unused and in their original packaging.

If you wish to exchange your product(s) for another product(s) OR for store credit (With no expiry date) please contact us via our support page and we will organise for a free postage label to be emailed across to you, all you have to do is drop it off to your local post office. 

We are happy to accept returns for exchange within 14 days of receipt.


Refunds

We are happy to accept returns for refund within 14 days of receipt, providing we receive the returned item(s) unused and in their original packaging we can offer you a full refund.

Exchanges at Little Blue are FREE for a different product or for store credit (no expiry). See Exchanges above for details

If you would like a refund to your original payment form please submit your return request here.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment.

When we have received your return items, we will send you a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you have used Apple Pay the refund will be credited to the debit/credit card linked to the account. The refund will take place within 14 days after receiving your return items at our warehouse.


How to return an item

Fill out the return form and send it along with the item you want to return. Please make sure to include your full name and order number.

Make sure to wrap up the return items to avoid damages. Damaged return items are your responsibility and not Little Blue. Please use the original package (Box and/or poly bag).

If your return item is not received in the original condition and packaging, we may make a deduction in your refund.

We do not hold responsibility for items lost in shipping when returned, so we recommend keeping your shipping receipts and tracking numbers.

When returning an unwanted item, the shipping costs will be covered by you and not by Little Blue.
